Chubasco= A violent squall with thunder and lightening occurring during the rainy season.We had a tremendous storm mid afternoon. In one hour we had 2.8 inches of rain. Rain running down Abrego, filling up the washes and the back yards.
Winds blowing over trees and saguaro and loss of electricity.
Temperatures dropped from the high 90's to 70.
I may be able to sleep in my own bed tonight.
